BP99 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit KYC documentation at any point, including — but not limited to — before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
Standard KYC documents accepted include: Malaysian MyKad, passport, utility bill (dated within 90 days), and bank statement (confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. BP99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify BP99 support immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised.
All KYC documents submitted to BP99 are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is never shared with unauthorised third parties.

All deposits to your BP99 Account must be made using an approved payment method registered in your own name. BP99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency methods (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent to USDT 30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15 to 30 minutes for USDT TRC20.
Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name are strictly prohibited. BP99 reserves the right to return such funds and close the Account if third-party funding is detected.
BP99 does not charge any platform fees on deposits. Any fees applied are charged by the payment service provider, not BP99.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Bets placed after the "No More Bets" call are automatically voided. Technical disconnections after a bet is accepted do not entitle the player to a refund — the bet will stand and be settled according to the game outcome.
All slot and instant-game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. BP99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BP99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the BP99 platform.
BP99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the platform. BP99 will not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.
Nothing in these Terms limits BP99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited into your BP99 Account. Please gamble within your means. 21+ only.
Either party may close a BP99 Account at any time. Players wishing to close their Account should contact BP99 customer support. Any available real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements.

If any clause of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that clause shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
